Nari operates nari.ae and is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Nari is a food business at Villa 10, Ar Rifa'ah Street, MZ8, Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and can be reached on 050 584 6699.
This page sets out what Nari collects when you place an order, why, who else receives it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. It is short because little is collected.
What we ask for, and why
- Your name and WhatsApp number — so we can tell you the order is accepted, and reach you if the driver cannot find the door.
- Your building, street and flat — so the driver can find you. A map pin alone is not a door.
- A location pin — to work out whether we deliver where you are and what the delivery costs. Nothing is worked out from it except distance.
- Anything entered in the notes field — for example a gate code or a landmark. Please do not enter anything there that you would not want a driver to read.
- What you ordered, and what it came to.
A pickup order asks for less: a name and a number, and no address at all.
Who else sees it
- Nari's own staff. Orders are received in a private Telegram chat, which is how the kitchen works. Access to that chat is restricted to Nari.
- The driver. A delivery is booked through Careem, and they are given the address so they can bring it to you.
- Ziina takes the payment. Your card details go to them and never to us — we are told only whether the payment worked.
- Cloudflare runs the website and stores the order.
- When you search for your address, what you type is sent to Photon, a search service run by komoot in Germany, which sends back the matching addresses. The map itself is drawn from OpenStreetMap.
Telegram, Ziina, Cloudflare, Careem, komoot and OpenStreetMap are separate companies with their own privacy policies. Some of them are outside the UAE, so ordering means your address and number are handled outside the country. We do not sell anything to anybody, and we do not advertise with it.
What stays on your phone
The language you chose and what is in your basket are kept by your own browser, not by us. Your name and address are kept there too, but only if you tick the box that offers it — that is what the box is for, and un-ticking it removes them.
Counting how the site is used
We count the steps people take through the site — which screen they got to, and where they stopped — so we can fix the places people get stuck. Those counts have no name, no number, no address and no location in them, and no way to be matched back to an order.
The id behind that count is a random one your phone makes up for the visit and throws away when you close the tab. The counts are deleted after six months. There are no advertising trackers on this site and nothing here is shared with anybody.
How long we keep an order
We keep your order and its details while we need them — to cook it, to deliver it, to sort out anything that goes wrong afterwards, and for our own records of what we sold. If you want yours deleted, ask, and we will.
Asking us anything, or asking us to delete it
Contact Nari on 050 584 6699, by call or WhatsApp — the same number shown on every order. You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and Nari will act on the request.

ناري هي الجهة التي تُشغّل موقع nari.ae وهي المسؤولة عن البيانات الشخصية الموضّحة في هذه الصفحة. ومقرّها فيلا ١٠، شارع الرفعة، MZ8، مدينة زايد، أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويمكن التواصل معها على ٠٥٠ ٥٨٤ ٦٦٩٩.
توضّح هذه الصفحة ما تجمعه ناري عند تقديم الطلب، ولماذا، ومن يتلقّاه غيرها، وكم تُحفظ هذه البيانات، وكيف يمكن طلب حذفها. والصفحة قصيرة لأن ما يُجمع قليل.
ما نطلبه ولماذا
- اسمك ورقم واتسابك — لنخبرك بقبول الطلب، ولنتواصل معك إذا لم يجد المندوب الباب.
- المبنى والشارع والشقة — ليصل المندوب إليك. الموقع على الخريطة وحده ليس باباً.
- موقعك على الخريطة — لنعرف هل نوصّل إلى منطقتك وكم تبلغ رسوم التوصيل. لا نستخرج منه شيئاً سوى المسافة.
- ما يُكتب في خانة الملاحظات — رمز البوابة أو علامة مميزة مثلاً. نرجو عدم كتابة ما لا ترغب في أن يطّلع عليه المندوب.
- ما طلبته، وكم بلغ.
طلب الاستلام من المطبخ يحتاج أقل من ذلك: اسم ورقم فقط، وبدون عنوان.
من يطّلع عليه غيرنا
- العاملون في ناري. تصل الطلبات إلى محادثة خاصة على تيليجرام، وهي الطريقة التي يعمل بها المطبخ. والوصول إلى تلك المحادثة مقصور على ناري.
- المندوب. يُحجز التوصيل عبر كريم، ويُعطى العنوان ليوصل الطلب إليك.
- زينة (Ziina) تتولى الدفع. تصل بيانات بطاقتك إليهم ولا تصل إلينا أبداً — نُبلَّغ فقط بنجاح الدفع من عدمه.
- كلاودفلير تشغّل الموقع وتخزّن الطلب.
- عند البحث عن عنوانك، يُرسل ما تكتبه إلى Photon، وهي خدمة بحث تديرها komoot في ألمانيا، وتعيد العناوين المطابقة. أما الخريطة نفسها فمرسومة من OpenStreetMap.
تيليجرام وزينة وكلاودفلير وكريم وkomoot وOpenStreetMap شركات مستقلة لكل منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة بها، وبعضها خارج الإمارات، ما يعني أن طلبك يتضمن معالجة عنوانك ورقمك خارج الدولة. نحن لا نبيع شيئاً لأحد ولا نستخدم ذلك في الإعلانات.
ما يبقى على هاتفك
اللغة التي اخترتها وما في سلتك يحفظهما متصفحك أنت، لا نحن. ويُحفظ اسمك وعنوانك هناك أيضاً، لكن فقط إذا فعّلت الخيار الذي يعرض ذلك — وهذا هو الغرض منه، وإلغاؤه يزيلهما.
إحصاء استخدام الموقع
نُحصي الخطوات التي يمر بها الناس في الموقع — إلى أي شاشة وصلوا وأين توقفوا — لنصلح المواضع التي يتعثرون فيها. هذه الأرقام لا تتضمن اسماً ولا رقماً ولا عنواناً ولا موقعاً، ولا سبيل لربطها بطلب معيّن.
المعرّف الذي تقوم عليه رقم عشوائي يصنعه هاتفك لهذه الزيارة ويتخلص منه عند إغلاق التبويب. وتُحذف هذه الأرقام بعد ستة أشهر. لا توجد أدوات تتبّع إعلاني في هذا الموقع، ولا نشارك شيئاً منه مع أحد.
كم نحتفظ بالطلب
نحتفظ بطلبك وتفاصيله ما دمنا نحتاجها — لطهيه وتوصيله ومعالجة أي خلل يقع بعد ذلك، ولسجلاتنا عما بعناه. وإن أردت حذف طلبك، اطلب ذلك وسنحذفه.

تواصل مع ناري على ٠٥٠ ٥٨٤ ٦٦٩٩، اتصالاً أو عبر واتساب — وهو الرقم نفسه الظاهر على كل طلب. ويمكنك الاستفسار عمّا هو محفوظ عنك، أو طلب تصحيحه، أو طلب حذفه، وستستجيب ناري لطلبك.
